To promote for the benefit of the public in the West Midlands and its neighbourhood with a view to the prevention and reduction of crime among the youth from the age of 10 to 25 years, by providing the 'The Legal Awareness Programme' based on the 'General Principles of English Law' and focusing more on criminal law and the the Criminal Justice System through schools, colleges and youth agencies.
