A) THE RELIEF OF POVERTY SICKNESS AND OLD AGE IN PARTICULAR (BUT WITHOUT IN ANY WAY LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING WORDS) FOR THE RELIEF OF POVERTY OF PERSONS WHO BY REASON OF MENTAL OR PHYSICAL INFIRMITY ARE UNABLE TO FULFILL THEIR DUTIES AS CITIZENS OR THEIR OBLIGATIONS TO THEIR EMPLOYERS. B) THE CARRYING ON FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE COMMUNITY THE PROVISION OF HOUSES HOSTELS AND ANY ASSOCIATED AMENITIES FOR PERSONS IN NECESSITOUS CIRCUMSTANCES UPON TERMS APPROPRIATE TO THEIR MEANS.
