B) THE CARRYING ON FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE COMMUNITY THE PROVISION OF HOUSES HOSTELS AND ANY ASSOCIATED AMENITIES FOR PERSONS IN NECESSITOUS CIRCUMSTANCES UPON TERMS APPROPRIATE TO THEIR MEANS.
