Charitable objects
(1) THE PROMOTION OF SOCIAL INCLUSION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT AMONG REFUGEES, ASYLUM SEEKERS AND MIGRANTS LIVING IN BLACK COUNTRY (WOLVERHAMPTON, WALSALL, SANDWELL, BIRMINGHAM AND DUDLEY) WHO ARE SOCIALLY EXCLUDED ON THE GROUNDS OF THEIR ETHNIC ORIGIN, RELIGION, BELIEF OR CREED OR THEIR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC POSITION (IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY MEMBERS OF THE AFRICAN IMMIGRANT COMMUNITY) TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF SUCH PEOPLE AND ASSIST THEM TO INTEGRATE INTO SOCIETY, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY PROVIDING: - ADVOCACY, INFORMATION AND ADVICE; - EDUCATION AND TRAINING IN THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE AND SUPPORT WITH LITERACY AND NUMERACY; - RECREATIONAL FACILITIES AND EVENTS INVOLVING THE LOCAL COMMUNITY. (2) THE RELIEF OF THOSE IN NEED, BY REASON OF YOUTH, AGE, ILL-HEALTH, DISABILITY, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR OTHER DISADVANTAGE IN THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF CONGO, REPUBLIC OF THE CONGO, CENTRAL AFRICAN REPUBLIC, ANGOLA, EQUATORIAL GUINEA, MOZAMBIQUE, ZAMBIA, UGANDA, GAMBIA, GABON AND CAMEROON IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY MAKING GRANTS OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO ASSIST CHARITABLE AND VOLUNTARY ORGANISATIONS ESTABLISHED TO ADVANCE EDUCATION, PREVENT OR RELIEVE POVERTY AND RELIEVE SICKNESS AND PROMOTE GOOD HEALTH.
