THE RELIEF OF POVERTY, SUFFERING AND DISTRESS AND THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AMONG PEOPLE LIVING OR WORKING IN SUFFOLK AND EAST ANGLIA GENERALLY AND SUCH OTHER PLACES AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL DETERMINE (INCLUDING WITHIN HER MAJESTY’S PRISONS), BY THE PROVISION OF LEGAL ADVICE, ASSISTANCE, REPRESENTATION AND INFORMATION WHICH THEY COULD NOT OTHERWISE AFFORD THROUGH LACK OF MEANS.
