(1) TO CONTRIBUTE TO THE PROVISION IN A SUITABLE BUILDING WITHIN THE CONFINES OF THE AFORESAID EAST CHESHIRE NHS TRUST OF A MEETING PLACE FOR SCIENTIFIC AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES, INCLUDING LECTURES, CONFERENCES, SEMINARS AND DEMONSTRATIONS (2) THE ADVANCEMENT OF MEDICAL EDUCATION FOR THOSE PERSONS ELIGIBLE FOR MEMBERSHIP OF THE ASSOCIATION AS HEREINBEFORE DEFINED (3) TO CONTRIBUTE TO THE PROVISION OF A HEALTH SCIENCES LIBRARY (4) THE PROMOTION OF SCIENTIFIC AND MEDICAL RESEARCH AND THE DISSEMINATION OF THE USEFUL RESULTS THEREOF
