THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE EDUCATION AND TRAINING OF YOUNG PERSONS IN THE PRINCIPLES OF GOOD CITIZENSHIP AND SERVICE TO THE COMMUNITY, SO AS TO DEVELOP THEIR PHYSICAL MENTAL AND SPIRITUAL CAPACITIES AND ASSIST THEM TO GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY (ALL OF WHICH YOUNG PERSONS ARE HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS "THE CADETS"). 2. IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF THE CADETS, BY THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION. 3.
