The Charity’s objects (“Objects”) are specifically restricted to the promotion of community participation in amateur sport by the teaching, development and the practice of the art of swimming in all its disciplines, including artistic swimming, water polo and life saving for the benefit of the inhabitants of Chelmsford and its surrounding area.
