To establish & maintain a working museum for the exhibition and preservation of historic aircraft and associated artefacts and memorabilia on the Isle of Wight at Sandown Airport for the benefit of the public. To advance the education of the public & schoolchildren in the history of aviation through the provision of educational activities both in the museum and within schools.
