Charitable objects
TO PROMOTE THE INTERESTS ADD WELFARE OF ALL PERSONS RESIDINGIN THE AREA OF THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT BOUNDARY OF THE BOROUGH OF ELLESMERE PORT AND NESTON WHO ARE, AS A RESULT OF PHYSICAL OR MENTAL HANDICAP, UNABLE TO UNDERTAKE NORMAL ADUCATION, TRAINING OR EMPLOYMENT, WITHOUT DISTRINCTION OF SEX, ETHNIC OR SOCIAL ORIGIN, OR POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS, BY ASSOCIATING THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES, VOLUNTARY ORGANISATIONS AND INHABITANTS IN A COMMON EFFORT TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AND TO PROVIDE FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE, EDUCATION AND RECREATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS AND QUALITY OF LIFE OF THE SAID PERSONS.
