FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT: 3.1) TO PROMOTE THE EDUCATION OF YOUNG PEOPLE IN AVIATION IN SUCH WAYS AS THE TRUSTEES THINK FIT INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION; 3.1.1) BY AWARDING TO SUCH PERSONS SCHOLARSHIPS OR GRANTS TO ASSIST WITH THE COST OF LEARNING TO FLY AND QUALIFYING TO THE STANDARD OF THE PRIVATE PILOT'S LICENSE AND 3.1.2) BY PROVIDING THE EDUCATION THEY NEED TO BECOME A PROFESSIONAL PILOT OR TAKE ON A KEY ROLE IN AVIATION.
