THE CHARITY'S OBJECTS ("OBJECTS") ARE SPECIFICALLY RESTRICTED TO THE FOLLOWING:-
FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT TO ADVANCE HEALTH IN THE FIELDS OF ORTHOPAEDICS AND SPORTS INJURIES, IN SUCH WAY AS MAY BE EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE UNDER THE LAWS OF ENGLAND AND W ALES FROM TIME TO TIME AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL THINK FIT, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY:
(1)THE PROMOTION AND FACILITATION OF RESEARCH AND THE PUBLICATION OF THE USEFUL RESULTS OF SUCH RESEARCH;
(2)THE PROMOTION OF BEST PRACTICE IN CLINICAL CARE; AND
(3)THE PROVISION AND SUPPORT OF EDUCATION.
