Charitable objects
(1) To provide facilities, in the interests of social welfare, for recreation and leisure time occupation with the object of improving the conditions of life of the inhabitants of Bourne (including the provision and maintenance of a community arts centre). (2) To advance education of the inhabitants of Bourne including: a. in all forms of the arts; and b. by securing, restoring, preserving and caring for the fabric of Bourne Town Hall and associated land and buildings having historic interest or architectural merit.
