TO SECURE THE PRESERVATION AND PROTECTION OF THE ELECTRIC PALACE AT HARWICH PROVIDED ALWAYS THAT ALTERATIONS TO THE SAID PREMISES NECESSARY FOR THE ATTAINMENT OF THE NEXT FOLLOWING OBJECT SHALL NOT BE DEEMED TO BE PROHIBITED BY THIS OBJECT. TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC IN THE ARTS AND SCIENCES AND IN PARTICULAR THE ARTS AND SCIENCES OF FILM, THEATRE AND MUSIC BY PRESENTATION OF PERFORMANCES AT THE RESTORED ELECTRIC PALACE.
