THE PROMOTION OF COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION IN HEALTHY RECREATION THAT BENEFITS PHYSICAL AND MENTAL WELLBEING IN PARTICULAR BY THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR BOXING.
