Working together as trustees to secure transfer of funds to the CIO before setting out clear plans and direction. Funds have recently been secured so we now have a clear understanding of what we can deliver and what we can realistically achieve and are currently working through clearer policies and procedures and detailed business plan to ensure a sustainable organisation. Work in progress.
