TO ADVANCE IN LIFE AND RELIEVE NEEDS OF YOUNG PEOPLE IN ELDWICK, GILSTEAD AND THE NEIGHBOURING AREAS BY PROVIDING GRANTS TO ORGANISATIONS THAT;
A) ADVANCE EDUCATION;
B) PROVIDE RECREATIONAL AND LEISURE TIME ACTIVITY IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR SAID BENEFICIARIES.
