THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES WHICH ADVANCE THE RELIGIOUS AND OTHER CHARITABLE WORK FOR THE TIME BEING CARRIED ON BY OR UNDER THE DIRECTION OF THE CONGREGATION AS THE TRUSTEES WITH THE APPROVAL OF THE DISTRICT LEADER SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME THINK FIT AND IF SUCH CONGREGATION SHALL CEASE TO EXIST OR SHALL CEASE TO CARRY ON ANY CHARITABLE WORK THEN FOR SUCH LAWFUL CHARITABLE PURPOSES WHICH ADVANCE THE ROMAN CATHOLIC RELIGION AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL SEE FIT.
