THE BENEVOLENT FUND MAY BE USED ONLY FOR THE PURPOSE OF MAKING DONATIONS TO MEMBERS OF CLUBS AFFILIATED TO THE LINCOLNSHIRE BOWLING ASSOCIATION AND TO WIDOWS AND OR CHILDREN OF DECEASED MEMBERS OF SUCH CLUBS WHO MAY BY IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE.
