Charitable objects

1. THE TRUSTEES MAY APPLY SUCH YEARLY SUM AS THEY THINK FIT IN THE PROVISION OF SPECIAL BENEFITS OF ANY KIND NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY THE LOCAL EDUCATION AUTHORITY, FOR ANY COUNTY OR VOLUNTARY SCHOOL WITHIN THE BOROUGH OF STOURBRIDGE. 2. THE RESIDUE OF THE SAID NET INCOME SHALL BE APPLIED BY THE TRUSTEES IN ANY OF THE FOLLOWING WAYS FOR THE BENEFIT OF PERSONS OF EITHER SEX WHO HAVE NOT ATTAINED THE AGE OF 25 YEARS RESIDENT IN THE BOROUGH OF STOURBRIDGE WITH A PREFERENCE FOR BENEFICIARIES WHO HAVE FOR NOT LESS THAN TWO YEARS AT ANY TIME ATTENDED COUNCIL OR VOLUNTARY SCHOOL: (FOR FUTHER DETAILS SEE CLAUSE 16 OF SCHEME OF 25 JULY 1957).
