TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUPILS AT WINSLEY CHURCH OF ENGLAND PRIMARY SCHOOL BY PROVIDING AND ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF IMPROVED EDUCATIONAL AND LEARNING FACILITIES (NOT REQUIRED TO BE PROVIDED BY THE LOCAL EDUCATION AUTHORITY) AT THE SCHOOL.
