THE PROMOTION OF COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION IN HEALTHY RECREATION THROUGH THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR AND OPPORTUNITIES FOR PARTICIPATION IN PADDLESPORTS. B. THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION, INCLUDING PHYSICAL EDUCATION, IN THE SUBJECTS OF PADDLESPORTS AND HEALTHY LIVING. PADDLESPORTS REFERS TO ANY WATER SPORT THAT USES A PADDLE TO PROPEL A CRAFT, USUALLY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY CANOEING, KAYAKING AND STAND UP PADDLEBOARDING (SUP)
