THE ADVANCEMENT OF AMATEUR SPORT FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY: (A) OFFERING SPORTING OPPORTUNITY (PARTICULARLY ASSOCIATION FOOTBALL) TO THOSE CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, IN THE AREA WITHIN 25 MILES RADIUS OF CENTRAL BRENTWOOD.
(B) ENABLING THOSE WITH ECONOMIC DIFFICULTIES TO HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO PLAY SPORT WHEREAS THEY WOULD OTHERWISE BE UNABLE TO AFFORD IT.
