THE CHARITY’S OBJECTS (‘OBJECTS’) ARE SPECIFICALLY RESTRICTED TO THE FOLLOWING: THE PROMOTION OF AMATEUR SPORT THROUGH THE DEVELOPMENT AND PROMOTION IN PARTICIPATION IN ROWING BY: A) PROMOTING PARTICIPATION OPPORTUNITIES FOR CURRENTLY UNDERREPRESENTED GROUPS INCLUDING YOUNG PEOPLE IN EDUCATION (PARTICULARLY STATE SCHOOLS), PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES, BAME (BLACK, ASIAN AND MINORITY ETHNIC) COMMUNITIES AND SOCIO-ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED COMMUNITIES; B) SUPPORTING CLUBS TO BE MORE INCLUSIVE AND OPEN TO ALL; C) ADVANCING EDUCATION AND RAISING AWARENESS ON INCLUSION, EQUALITY AND DIVERSITY ACROSS THE SPORT OF ROWING; D) CONDUCTING OR COMMISSIONING RESEARCH TO SUPPORT INCLUSION, EQUALITY AND DIVERSITY ACROSS THE SPORT.
