• FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, THE RELIEF AND ASSISTANCE OF LAO PEOPLE IN NEED DUE TO MOBILITY-RELATED DISABILITIES WHO ARE THE VICTIMS OF THE INDOCHINA WARS, UNEXPLODED ORDNANCE (UXO) INCIDENTS POST-WAR, ACCIDENT OR MISADVENTURE, BY SUPPLYING THEM WITH MEDICAL AID AND BY SUPPORTING ACCESS TO PHYSICAL REHABILITATION SERVICES. • FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, THE PROMOTION OF HEALTH AND EDUCATION TO THE PUBLIC IN LAOS ON PROSTHETIC AND ORTHOTIC HEALTH SERVICES, PARTICULARLY TO COMMUNITIES IN RURAL AND REMOTE AREAS THROUGH OUR MOBILE CLINIC PROGRAMME. • FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, THE ADVANCEMENT OF HEALTH AND SAVING OF LAO LIVES THROUGH THE CONTINUAL IMPROVEMENT OF SERVICE DELIVERY BY GOVERNMENT OF LAO REHABILITATION CENTRES BY UPGRADING SKILLS FOR REHABILITATION CENTRE STAFF, MAINTAINING EQUIPMENT AND FACILITIES, AND MANAGING INTERNATIONAL AND LOCAL LOGISTICS AND PROCUREMENT.
