Charitable objects
TO MAKE A GRANT TOWARDS THE COST OF EDUCATING A CHILD OR CHILDREN RESIDING WITHIN THE BOROUGH OF MERTHYR TYDFIL WHO SHALL BE EITHER BLIND, DEAF, DUMB, PHYSICALLY HANDICAPPED OR DEFORMED AT A SCHOOL SPECIALISING IN THE EDUCATION OF CHILDREN SUFFERING FROM SUCH A DISABILITY SUCH CHILD OR CHILDREN TO BE UNDER THE AGE OF 18 YEARS AT THE TIME THEY RECEIVE A GRANT.
