Charitable objects
THE OBJECTS OF THE COMPANY ARE TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN PROVIDING FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT:
1 COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION IN HEALTHY RECREATION; AND
2 FACILITIES FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITION OF LIFE OF THOSE WHO HAVE NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH, AGE, INFIRMITY OR DISABLEMENT, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR SOCIAL OR ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES
