TO RELIEVE PATIENTS AND FORMER PATIENTS OF THE PENN HOSPITAL WHO ARE SICK, CONVALESCENT, DISABLED, HANDICAPPED OR IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE AND GENERALLY SUPPORT THE CHARITABLE WORK OF THE SAID HOSPITAL.
