THE RELIEF OF SICKNESS AND PRESERVATION OF HEALTH OF PEOPLE DIAGNOSED WITH TYPE 1 DIABETES, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY RAISING AWARENESS, FUNDING RESEARCH PROJECTS, MAKING GRANTS AND PROVIDING INFORMATION AND ADVICE.
