THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS TO ADVANCE IN LIFE AND HELP YOUNG PEOPLE FROM SOCIALLY AND ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED BACKGROUNDS BY PROVIDING MENTORING AND SUPPORT WHICH DEVELOP THEIR SKILLS, CAPACITIES AND CAPABILITIES, IN PARTICULAR WITH A VIEW TO SECURING EMPLOYMENT FOR SUCH YOUNG PEOPLE IN THE CREATIVE INDUSTRIES.
