Charitable objects
The objects of the Charity are to improve the quality of life of adults with life-limiting conditions and their families through the provision of palliative and end of life care in such ways as the Charity shall from time to time think fit, and in particular (but without prejudice to the generality of such object): 1. By establishing, maintaining, and conducting a specialist palliative care in-patient unit in Herefordshire. 2. By providing, assisting, and encouraging the provision of palliative care in out-patient settings and/or in the usual place of residence of individuals. 3. By providing, assisting, and encouraging the provision of supportive care and psycho-spiritual support in all appropriate settings. 4. By influencing, promoting, encouraging, and improving the provision of palliative and end of life care services through innovation, education, and best practice. 5. By influencing and educating our community on palliative and end of life care, death and dying.
