THE PROMOTION OF COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION IN HEALTHY RECREATION BY THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES AND COACHING OF MARTIAL ARTS AND FITNESS FOR PEOPLE OF BRIGHTON AND HOVE WHO IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY FACE BARRIERS TO INCLUSION, INCLUDING THOSE WHO ARE UNEMPLOYED; EXPERIENCING SUBSTANCE ABUSE OR DEPENDENCY; FINANCIAL HARDSHIP; POOR HOUSING; OR DISCRIMINATION ON THE GROUNDS OF AGE, ILL HEALTH, GENDER, RACE, ETHNIC ORIGIN, RELIGION, SEXUALITY OR CREED, AND SUCH OTHER ACTIVITIES THAT THE MEMBERS OF THE MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE.
