(B) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE HISTORY AND PRACTICES OF THE INLAND WATERWAYS, THE INDUSTRY SERVED BY THEM AND IN PARTICULAR BEVERLEY BECK AND THE RIVER HULL.
