TO PROMOTE AND ASSIST THE GENERAL RELIEF OF DISABLED CHILDREN, YOUNG PEOPLE AND THEIR FAMILIES IN ANY MANNER WHICH IS NOW OR HEREAFTER MAY BE DEEMED BY LAW TO BE CHARITABLE WITHIN THE METROPOLITAN BOROUGH OF ST HELENS.
