Mission: link all existing services & plug the gap where services are lacking, starting with the areas around Cheshire. We signpost to support via our website, provide therapeutic support, help train professionals, provide bereavement books, offer financial support & link with organisations.

THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE: (A) TO PROMOTE THE ADVANCEMENT OF MENTAL WELLBEING TO THOSE WHO HAVE SUFFERED BEREAVEMENT THROUGH THE PROVISION OF: (I) BEREAVEMENT COUNSELLING; (II) FINANCIAL SUPPORT; AND (III) THE PROVISION OF ACCESS AND REFERRAL TO NATIONAL BEREAVEMENT ORGANISATIONS, AND (B) TO RAISE PUBLIC AWARENESS OF THE NEEDS OF BEREAVED PEOPLE THROUGH DELIVERING BEREAVEMENT COURSES.
