TO HELP YOUNG PEOPLE, BY THE PROVISION OF GRANTS TO ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN OUTDOOR LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES THAT THEY COULD NOT OTHERWISE AFFORD, SO AS TO DEVELOP THEIR CAPABILITIES THAT THEY MAY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY. THE CHARITY WILL HELP YOUNG PEOPLE 12 - 18 FROM ENGLAND AND WALES.
