FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT TO PROMOTE THE RELIEF OF BLIND AND PARTIALLY SIGHTED PEOPLE, THEIR FRIENDS, FAMILIES AND CARERS WHO PRIMARILY (BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY) LIVE IN STAFFORDSHIRE, INCLUDING THOSE WHO MAY NOT BE REGISTERED AS BLIND/ SEVERELY SIGHT IMPAIRED OR PARTIALLY SIGHTED/ SIGHT IMPAIRED, BY SUCH MEANS AS THE TRUSTEES THINK FIT INCLUDING: PROVIDING SERVICES, ADVICE AND INFORMATION, SOCIAL ACTIVITIES/OPPORTUNITIES AND PEER SUPPORT; INCREASING PUBLIC AWARENESS OF THE NEEDS OF BLIND AND PARTIALLY SIGHTED PEOPLE.
