TO PROMOTE THE RELIEF OF ADULTS (18 AND OVER) SUFFERING FROM CYSTIC FIBROSIS UNDER THE CARE OF SOUTHAMPTON HOSPITAL NHS FOUNDATION TRUST CYSTIC FIBROSIS SERVICE BY THE PROVISION OF FUNDS TO ENABLE THEM TO CARRY OUT AN ACTIVITY THAT CONSTITUTES EITHER AN ADVENTURE OR CHALLENGE.
