TO DEVELOP GOOD CITIZENSHIP AMONG YOUNG PEOPLE (5 - 18 YEAR OLDS) BY HELPING TO FORM THEIR CHARACTER THROUGH INDOOR AND OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES BY TEACHING THEM SERVICES USEFUL TO THE PUBLIC AND USEFUL TO THEM WHILST PROMOTING THEIR PHYSICAL AND MENTAL DEVELOPMENT. THIS WILL BE ACHIEVED WHILST FOLLOWING THE PRINCIPLES OF THE BADEN-POWELL SCOUTS' ASSOCIATION.
