OR WHOSE PARENTS ARE RESIDENT IN THE PARISH OF KILHAM AND WHO ARE ATTENDING OR HAVE ATTENDED A ACHOOL IN THAT PARISH BY AWARDING TO SUCH PERSONS EXHIBITIONS, OR GRANTS, TENABLE AT ANY SECONDARY SCHOOL, COLLEGE OF EDUCATION, UNIVERSITY OR OTHER INSTITITUTION OF FURTHER (INCLUDING PROFESSIONAL AND TECHNICAL) EDUCATION APPROVED BY THE TRUSTEES.
