TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF CHILDREN BELOW COMPULSORY SCHOOL AGE BY: (A) SUPPORTING THE ACTIVITIES OF THE LEISURE CENTRE PLAYGROUP, RUSHCLIFFE, BY THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES WHICH THE LOCAL AUTHORITY DOES NOT NORMALLY, OR IS UNABLE TO, PROVIDE: (B) ENCOURAGING OTHER CHARITABLE ACTIVITIES THROUGH WHICH PARENTS MAY HELP THE CHILDREN; (C) FURTHERING THE AIMS OF THE PRE-SCHOOL PLAYGROUPS ASSOCIATION.
