THE OBJECT OF THE CIO THE PROMOTION OF SOCIAL INCLUSION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT AMONGST DISABLED PEOPLE WHO ARE UNEMPLOYED AND WHO ARE SOCIALLY EXCLUDED BY PROVIDING THEM WITH AN OPPORTUNITY TO TRAIN AND BECOME EMPLOYED, TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF THOSE PEOPLE AND ASSIST THEM TO INTEGRATE INTO SOCIETY. (FOR THE PURPOSES OF THIS CLAUSE ‘SOCIALLY EXCLUDED’ MEANS PEOPLE WHO ARE EXCLUDED FROM SOCIETY AS A RESULT OF THEIR DISABILITY). NOTHING IN THIS CONSTITUTION SHALL AUTHORISE AN APPLICATION OF THE PROPERTY OF THE CIO FOR THE PURPOSES WHICH ARE NOT CHARITABLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH [SECTION 7 OF THE CHARITIES AND TRUSTEE INVESTMENT].
