Charitable objects
THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE: 3.1 TO PROMOTE COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION IN HEALTHY RECREATION, PRIMARILY FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF MOSS SIDE, HULME, GREATER MANCHESTER AND THE SURROUNDING AREAS, BY PROVIDING FACILITIES AND OPPORTUNITIES FOR AMATEUR BOXING AND OTHER ACTIVITIES CAPABLE OF IMPROVING PHYSICAL HEALTH; 3.2 TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE INHABITANTS OF MOSS SIDE, HULME, GREATER MANCHESTER AND THE SURROUNDING AREAS IN SUCH WAYS AS THE CHARITY TRUSTEES THINK, INCLUDING DEVELOPING THEIR MENTAL, PHYSICAL AND MORAL CAPABILITIES THROUGH LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES; 3.3 TO ACT AS A RESOURCE FOR PEOPLE LIVING IN MOSS SIDE, HULME, GREATER MANCHESTER AND THE SURROUNDING AREAS BY PROVIDING ADVICE AND ASSISTANCE AND ORGANISING PROGRAMMES OF PHYSICAL, EDUCATIONAL AND OTHER ACTIVITIES AS A MEANS OF: 3.3.1 ADVANCING IN LIFE AND HELPING YOUNG PEOPLE BY DEVELOPING THEIR SKILLS, CAPACITIES AND CAPABILITIES TO ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN SOCIETY AS INDEPENDENT, MATURE AND RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS; 3.3.2 ADVANCING EDUCATION; 3.3.3 RELIEVING UNEMPLOYMENT; 3.3.4 REDUCING CRIME AND ANTI-SOCIAL BEHAVIOUR. 3.4 ANY EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE PURPOSES ACCORDING TO THE LAW OF ENGLAND AND WALES THAT THE CHARITY TRUSTEES MAY IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION DETERMINE FROM TIME TO TIME.
