Charitable objects
A PLAYING FIELD TO BE USED AND OCCUPIED FOR PUBLIC RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE BY THE INHABITANTS OF CARLETON AND THE IMMEDIATE NEIGHBOURHOOD TO THE INTENT THAT SUCH FACILITIES SHALL ASSIST IN THE SOCIAL PHYSICAL AND GENERAL IMPROVEMENT OF THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE SUCH INHABITANTS.
