OR ELSEWHERE. (B) BY THE HOLDING OF CONCERTS, MEETINGS AND OTHER FUNCTIONS IN CONNECTION WITH SUCH EISTEDDFOD. (C) BY OTHERWISE FURTHERING THE INTERESTS OF SUCH EISTEDDFOD.
