TO HELP AND EDUCATE CHILDREN BETWEEN THE AGES OF 9 AND 18 YEARS THROUGH THEIR LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES SO AS TO DEVELOP THEIR PHYSICAL MENTAL AND SPIRITUAL CAPACITIES THAT THEY MAY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS ADULTS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY AND THAT THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE MAY BE IMPROVED EMPLOYING THE TRADITIONS AND PRACTICES OF THE ROYAL NAVY AND ROYAL MARINES TO ACHIEVE THIS
