Charitable objects
A) THE PRESERVATION, IMPROVEMENT, REPAIR, REDECORATION, RECONSTRUCTION, ALTERATION EXTENSION AND EQUIPMENT OF THE FABRIC OF THE THEATRE IF AND FOR SO LONG AS THE SAME IS OWNED OR OCCUPIED BY BIRMINGHAM HIPPODROME THEATRE TRUST LTD IN PURSUANCE OF ITS CHARITABLE OBJECTS. B) THE FINANCIAL SUPPORT OF THE THEATRE BY WAY OF GIFT GRANT LOAN GUARANTEE OR SUCH OTHER FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL IN THEIR DISCRETION CONSIDER APPROPRIATE FOR THE EXPRESSION AND DEVELOPMENT OT THE CHARITABLE OBJECTS AND ACTIVES PURSUED AT THE THEATRE. C) SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES CONNECTED WITH THE THEATRE AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE.
