THIS WILL BE ACHIEVED BY MEANS OF(BUT NOT LIMITED TO) THE RUNNING OF AN EVENT WHICH ENCOMPASSES BOTH A CHORAL CONDUCTING COMPETITION AND ALSO PUBLIC PERFORMANCES.
