TO PROVIDE AND ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF AMENITIES INCLUDING FACILITIES AND EQUIPMENT FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PATIENTS AND RESIDENTS OF HENSOL HOSPITAL WHERE THESE WOULD NOT OTHERWISE BE PROVIDED BY THE AREA HEALTH AUTHORITY. (FOR FURTHER DETAILS SEE CLAUSE 2 OF THE CONSTITUTION).
