PROVIDING AT WALHOUSE CHURCH OF ENGLAND JUNIOR SCHOOL SPECIAL BENEFITS OF A KIND NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY THE LOCAL EDUCATION AUTHORITY OR IN OTHERWISE PROMOTING THE EDUCATION (INCLUDING RELIGIOUS EDUCATION IN THE DOCTRINES OF THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND) OF PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 25 YEARS WHO ARE RESIDENT IN THE AREA COMPRISING THE FORMER URBAN DISTRICT OF CANNOCK AND THE PARISH OF HATHERTON BOTH AS CONSTITUTED ON 31ST MARCH 1974 AND WHO, IN THE OPINION OF THE TRUSTEES ARE IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE.
