TO PROMOTE THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF CHESTER-LE-STREET AND THE NEIGHBOURING AREAS WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF SEX OR OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS BY ASSOCIATING THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES, VOLUNTARY ORGANISATIONS AND THE INHABITANTS BY UTILISING THE FACILITIES AT PARK VIEW COMPREHENSIVE SCHOOL AND COMMUNITY CENTRE IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS.
